The „open-space”„Corten” underground garage is a four-space parking place divided into separate places by reinforced concrete barriers.

The first floor ceiling is additionally supported by extra columns located in particular points of  a 5,3 m x 6,2 m modular grid. There are 53 car stands including 2 adapted for the disabled. The roofed garage entrance way is located on the south-west side of the building. Circular traffic system is to be introduced inside the garage. Vertical communication with the other storeys of the buliding is provided by two staircases with lifts, located in the north-east and north-west corners. The underground garage is equiped with a segment gate of 2,2m high.

Two load-bearing walls dividing the garage, are supplied with sliding fire-protection gates with extra emergency door.
