On April 24th, 2008 „Wektor – Inwestycje” Sp. z o.o., carrying out „Zawisza - Residences” project, obtained the construction permit for „Cumulus” apartment building. The Administratiive Decision No AB – 7353/521/2008 approves the construction design of this building. “Cumulus”, designed by well-known architects from „WIZART” company will be a four-storey residential building with an underground garage. All ground-floor spaces will have their own gardens and the split-level flats designed on the 3rd and 4th floor will have extensive terraces. These days we are choosing the prime contractor for all construction works. Meanwhlie, first apartment purchase booking contracts are already being signed.
