In the middle of the courtyard there is one-storey garage building surrounded by  west and south rows of houses. There are sixteen open space parking places including two adapted for the disabled. Both the entrances and the exits are situated at the angle of 60o to the long axis of the building. According to some functional principles for the building, there are seven double-stand garages and two single-stand ones located at the gables, close to some extra utility places. No inside walls are planned inside this building.
There is a concrete floor, aluminium entrance gates with upper rolling and an open roof rafter framing designed for this building. Hipped roof constructed on a steel and wood frame, roofed with bituminous plane tiles.  Motor traffiic around the garages will be on convenient sett paved roads. The garage building will be equiped with lightning protection system, ventilation system, water supply system and wiring.
Parking spaces are planned for those purchsers whose houses do not have any garages in the basement. They will be purchased individualy.
